Mission

What you will drive

  • Execute a comprehensive virtual event strategy to raise brand awareness, engage followers, cultivate donors, and grow email lists and revenue.
  • Create and manage multimedia content (videos, emails, graphics) to support events and social media engagement.
  • Manage social media platforms and constituent engagement, including direct messages, comments, and mobile messaging.
  • Analyze metrics and survey data to optimize digital engagement and report on results.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in communications-related field and 3+ years of related experience or equivalent combination.
  • Proven success managing/hosting virtual or live events and creating engaging multimedia content.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., EveryAction) and creative software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere).
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and social media analytics skills.
