What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead 350's supporter acquisition and retention strategy in Europe across email, paid media, and social media, with a key focus on revenue growth and retention in priority European countries
  • Produce, deploy, and analyze digital content that broadens European supporter base and optimizes engagement and retention
  • Produce, deploy, and analyze fundraising appeals in priority European countries to deliver $500K in annual revenue targets
  • Oversee digital supporter acquisition in priority European countries (UK, Germany, and France) through email, paid media, and social media channels

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience leading digital marketing and supporter acquisition for European or international organizations
  • 2+ years of experience creating and implementing effective digital fundraising programs that have raised $500K+ annually in Europe or internationally
  • Strong familiarity with digital engagement and fundraising tools and platforms such as Fundraise Up, ActionKit, ActBlue, Meta, Salesforce; plus proficiency with HTML and CSS needed to run digital programs
  • Proven expertise in planning and executing complex email fundraising campaigns, including hands-on experience in building and deploying emails and conducting rigorous A/B testing
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills in planning and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
