Digital Delivery Lead

Core responsibilities:

• Engage with internal stakeholders to shape and coordinate digital delivery strategy for the B&P EURI Business
• Lead the coordination with AI Development team to find and embed effective AI solutions for B&P projects
• Oversee planning, execution, and tracking of digital initiatives adoption within the region with clear objectives and KPIs
• Build and lead a team of Discipline and County leads to establish a digital community and coordinate digital initiatives

This role accelerates the adoption of digital software, tools, and AI in engineering projects, driving productivity improvements and innovation in service delivery through digital transformation.

Required qualifications:

• Experience in digital strategy development and execution within engineering or construction sectors
• Proven leadership skills to coordinate teams and stakeholders across regions
• Knowledge of digital software, AI tools, and digital project delivery processes
• Ability to drive adoption of digital solutions and improve productivity through digital delivery
