Digital Delivery Co-op

Core responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Jira projects, boards, workflows, custom fields, and issue types to support internal process management
• Design, build, and maintain RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) documentation for key projects and initiatives
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Jira to track issue progress, ownership, and accountability
• Provide training or documentation to support teams in using Jira effectively for responsibility tracking

This role supports ACCIONA's mission to design a better planet by optimizing workflows and accountability systems that enable the delivery of sustainable infrastructure projects addressing climate change and other global challenges.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Familiarity with Jira Software, including boards, workflows, issue types, and custom fields
• Understanding of RACI models and responsibility assignment frameworks
• Basic knowledge of Agile or project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Experience using reporting tools or dashboards within Jira (e.g., Jira Filters, JQL)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other productivity tools
