Digital Content Producer

Core responsibilities:

• Lead Urban Saints' social media presence by crafting engaging, platform-native content that builds community and drives meaningful engagement
• Create short-form video and creative storytelling content while supporting email and website content to ensure brand consistency
• Manage social media and community engagement by creating and publishing content across platforms and growing social media communities
• Create graphics and digital assets in line with brand guidelines and design principles

This role creates positive change by building community and driving meaningful engagement through digital content that supports Urban Saints' mission.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Professional experience creating and managing social-first content with strength in Instagram and short-form video
• Ability to grow and develop digital communities
• Confident using Adobe Creative Suite
• Proactive, curious, and quick to spot opportunities
• Committed Christian (occupational requirement under Equality Act 2010)
