What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing and social media strategies to increase brand awareness, grow participant/funder base, and drive program participation
- Manage and maintain NLA's and TCS's digital communication channels including email campaigns, social media accounts, and websites using WordPress CMS
- Create compelling content, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports on email campaigns, social media engagement, and website traffic
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital communications align with broader organizational campaigns and goals

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English Literature, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in digital communications/marketing with focus on email marketing and social media management
- Expert proficiency with major email marketing platforms (e.g., Active Campaign, Mailchimp) and strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and CMS
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with ability to craft compelling messages and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
