Mission
What you will drive
- Lead end-to-end video and multimedia production, including capturing, editing, and creating content for digital platforms.
- Manage social media posting and engagement across channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Publish and update website content using Webflow, and support email newsletters and listserv moderation.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners to support annual conferences and a narrative infrastructure project.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2+ years of experience in digital communications, social media, or multimedia storytelling (nonprofit preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, and social media management tools.
- Ability to update content using a web-based CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
- Commitment to social justice, anti-racism, and ethical storytelling; lived experience with the criminal legal system preferred.
