Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead end-to-end video and multimedia production, including capturing, editing, and creating content for digital platforms.
  • Manage social media posting and engagement across channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Publish and update website content using Webflow, and support email newsletters and listserv moderation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to support annual conferences and a narrative infrastructure project.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 2+ years of experience in digital communications, social media, or multimedia storytelling (nonprofit preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, and social media management tools.
  • Ability to update content using a web-based CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
  • Commitment to social justice, anti-racism, and ethical storytelling; lived experience with the criminal legal system preferred.
