Digital Communications Associate

• Publish content to MailChimp newsletters and manage email marketing automations.
• Manage L4GG's social media calendar, produce daily posts, and monitor social platforms.
• Create graphic design and multimedia content for digital channels.
• Support event marketing and provide backup during virtual events.

This role amplifies L4GG's mission to protect human rights and equal justice by effectively communicating their work on immigration, climate change, racial justice, voting rights, and government accountability to a broad audience.

• 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
• Experience with social media management for organizations and email marketing platforms (preferably MailChimp).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
