Digital Collections Specialist

• Communicate with delinquent borrowers via digital channels to collect past due payments.
• Find solutions to help bring borrower loans to current status.
• Process payments and maintain records of contacts and collections.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection and metric goals.

This role helps homeowners maintain access to sustainable home solutions by resolving delinquencies, ensuring continued adoption of solar and energy-efficient products that reduce environmental impact.

• 1-2 years of direct experience in credit and collections.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

Compensation: $16-18/hour DOE plus bonus.
