Digital Change Manager

About the Role

The Digital Change Manager will play a key role in implementing the charity's digital strategy and delivering the digital transformation project.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Transformation Lead to implement the charity's digital strategy and deliver the digital transformation project
• Coordinate data and content activities, including migration between platforms, for website and CRM digital transformation
• Utilize and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and with digital partners to embed digital first principles
• Train, coach and mentor colleagues to be effective users of CRM and website systems

This role supports Adoption UK's digital transformation to improve services for adoptive families, ensuring better integration of systems and more accessible digital services that meet users' needs.

Required skills and experience:

• Significant experience of website and CRM implementation and data/content management
• Good general knowledge and experience of organizational IT systems, including cloud and M365 applications
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to convey complex technical information simply
• Experience of IT/Digital supplier engagement and working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience of working in a digital project/change environment
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to changing circumstances and tight timetables

Salary: £32,859 fte per annum plus excellent pension & benefits. Employment status: permanent 28 hrs/week (flexible). Location: Home based.
