Development Team Lead

• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of engineers working on innovative Front Office solutions for Rates & FX business lines
• Work closely with principal engineers, Solution Architects, and Enterprise Architecture to set standards and build solutions aligned with IT strategy
• Take ownership of delivery and quality of engineering solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and best practices
• Continuously improve through experimentation with technologies and methodologies to enhance delivery and solution approaches

This role contributes to providing clients with access to global financial and commodities markets through innovative technology solutions, enhancing market infrastructure and liquidity.

• Proven track record of building and managing high-performance, cross-functional engineering teams in Agile environments
• Expert in .NET Framework, .NET Core (C#), API design (REST, GraphQL), relational databases (MSSQL, MySQL), and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure)
• Demonstrable experience designing, developing, and maintaining distributed, event-driven, cloud-native systems
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach
