Development & Sustainability Officer

Core responsibilities:

• Identify, cultivate, and secure new family foundations and major donors
• Focus on donors with deep roots in Latin America and commitment to adolescent health
• Advocate for youth empowerment and mental/emotional health
• Build relationships and tell impactful stories to support the organization's mission

This role creates positive change by expanding access to life-changing health promotion and risk-prevention services for adolescents and young people in Central America and Latin America, contributing to youth leadership and personal growth.
