Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead preparation of key development decision materials, including tenders, Go/No Go assessments, site prioritisation packs, and early-stage feasibility reports.
  • Support Development Managers on wind and solar projects from early-stage through to Ready to Build, taking ownership of defined workstreams.
  • Coordinate development governance processes, monitor budgets, timelines, risks, and milestones, and maintain structured project filing.
  • Assist with stakeholder engagement, planning processes, and internal communications to ensure project visibility and regulatory compliance.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 2-3 yearsโ€™ experience in renewable energy, infrastructure development, environmental planning, or a related field.
  • Foundational understanding of commercial, environmental, and regulatory considerations across wind and/or solar development lifecycle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage confidently with varied stakeholders.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and project management tools; willingness to learn Planisware and GIS tools.
