Development Project Manager

• Lead project management and operations during the development phase of large-scale AI data center and energy generation projects across the U.S.
• Orchestrate internal stakeholders to deliver projects on budget and on schedule, managing project plans, budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Drive the "road to FNTP" process, including stage gates, late-stage development deliverables, and transition to Construction and Project Finance teams.
• Lead projects through financing due-diligence efforts and manage relationships with technical consultants, land experts, and surveyors.

This role accelerates the energy transition to cleaner, more sustainable sources of power by developing large-scale AI data center and energy generation projects that provide reliable, affordable energy at scale to support America’s growing energy demands.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 7+ years of professional work experience.
• Minimum 4 years of project management, project development, construction management, and/or development operations experience in data center or energy industries.
• Proven problem-solver with track record of successfully getting projects to FNTP, familiar with data center and energy project development deliverables.
• Highly organized with attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience with MS Office, MS Project, P6, and other budgeting/schedule software.

Base Pay: $140,000 - $170,000. Total compensation may include discretionary annual bonus, long-term incentive plan, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
