Development Program Manager

• Facilitate the development and integrity of Project Development Plans, ensuring all activities and milestones are logically linked.
• Support the development team in creation, implementation, and maintenance of detailed project budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine business processes and provide actionable insights on risk controls and stage gate refinements.
• Monitor capital efficiency metrics and evaluate software solutions to improve reporting efficiency.

This role directly supports the development of utility-scale renewable energy projects, accelerating the transition to clean energy and reducing carbon emissions across the United States.

• Bachelor’s degree (engineering or business concentration desirable).
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience with expertise across renewable technologies and markets.
• Excellent project management skills with a highly organized approach.
• Fluent with Microsoft suite, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, and familiarity with GIS, SharePoint, PowerBI, Power Automate, and CRM software.

Salary range: $106,000 to $146,000 annually. Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k)-retirement plan, health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
