Development Operations Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day operations of fundraising infrastructure, ensuring accurate data, actionable reporting, and efficient systems supporting revenue growth
• Oversee donor relationship management (CRM), prospect research, fundraising analytics, and provide operational support for annual giving and events
• Provide development-focused administrative and project support to the Office of the President, with emphasis on donor engagement and cultivation activities
• Work collaboratively with Development team and cross-functional partners to ensure systems, processes, and information flow support organizational fundraising goals

This role supports Keep America Beautiful's mission of community improvement through public education, volunteer mobilization, and partnerships, helping ensure clean, green, and beautiful communities across America by strengthening fundraising operations that enable this work.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 4 years experience in nonprofit development operations; experience supporting individual giving, corporate partnerships, and executive leadership preferred
• High proficiency with Salesforce, including gift processing, queries, reporting, and campaign management
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to define engagement metrics and interpret fundraising data
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with SharePoint and Asana preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
