Development Operations Associate

• Manage logistics and coordination for corporate and individual events (fundraising, cultivation & sales events)
• Manage data entry into Salesforce, generate fundraising reports, and implement donor acknowledgment letter creation
• Manage logistics for donor trips to Guatemala and provide executive assistance including donor research, travel arrangements, and communications drafting
• Manage scheduling for the development team & board committees and support recruitment efforts for staff and intern positions

This role helps expand a cutting-edge model for fighting poverty and empowering women in rural Central America by supporting fundraising operations that enable Mercado Global's programs focused on financial independence, education, and market access for indigenous women.

• A bachelor's degree and 1-3 years experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM system
• 2-3 years experience in project management, event logistics and/or executive assistance
• Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrated ability to move multiple projects forward simultaneously
• Excellent planning, critical thinking, organizational skills, and strong written/verbal communication in English (Spanish is a plus)
