Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage logistics and coordination for corporate and individual events (fundraising, cultivation & sales events)
  • Manage data entry into Salesforce, generate fundraising reports, and implement donor acknowledgment letter creation
  • Draft communications for development team leaders, conduct donor research, and assist with meeting preparation
  • Manage travel arrangements for development staff, support call note-taking, and provide other administrative support as needed

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • A bachelor's degree and 1-3 years experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM system
  • 2-3 years experience in project management, event logistics and/or executive assistance
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrated ability to move multiple projects forward simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required (Spanish is a plus), with excellent planning, critical thinking, and organizational skills
