Development Operations Associate

Core responsibilities:

• Manage donor data, CRM systems, and core development operations including Salesforce workflows, integrations, and data hygiene
• Handle donor stewardship through acknowledgments, receipts, communications, and segmented campaign execution
• Support annual fund, events, and campaigns with logistics coordination, prospect lists, and performance tracking
• Conduct prospect research and maintain pipeline documents while collaborating cross-functionally with operations, programs, and marketing teams

This role ensures data integrity, donor stewardship, and smooth fundraising operations that directly support providing arts, athletics, and STEM experiences to children impacted by chronic illness.

Required qualifications:

• Experience working in Salesforce or other CRM systems
• Proficiency in G-Suite and excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as a problem-solver and strategic thinker
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to CoachArt's mission and values
