Mission

What you will drive

  • Support mail and email production, including proofreading, mail merging, printing, and tracking contact histories for fundraising communications.
  • Query data sources to extract and compile contact lists for member cultivation and stewardship outreach.
  • Perform data entry, maintain data integrity, and update CRM database fields and tables.
  • Develop and refine systems and tools to improve operational efficiency and project management.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Three to five yearsโ€™ experience in similar administrative positions, preferably at a non-profit or in fundraising/development, customer relations, marketing, or communications.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, spreadsheets, and mail merge functions.
  • Experience with donor CRM databases required.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.

Benefits

What's in it for you

Salary range: $60,000 โ€“ $70,000 per year. Full-time, regular position. In-office (Tucson, AZ), hybrid, or remote options available. Position is in the bargaining unit.
