Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support a portfolio of philanthropic partners investing in immigrant worker organizing, cultural strategy, legal defense, and equity-centered recovery efforts
  • Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors through personalized outreach, strengthening retention and long-term engagement
  • Strengthen grant and contract systems, calendars, and workflows to increase efficiency and expand NDLON's funding portfolio
  • Track and analyze donor trends and funding patterns to inform strategic growth

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, donor relations, or related fields
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
  • Knowledge of and passion for immigrant and workers' rights
  • Strong planning and organizational skills paired with adaptability, creativity, and comfort working in fast-moving environments
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
