Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet or exceed programmatic annual and long-term fundraising goals.
- Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward high-net-worth individuals and pursue grant opportunities from private foundations and corporate entities.
- Coordinate donor communications, recognition efforts, and stewardship activities to build long-term engagement.
- Track fundraising progress, maintain donor records in CRM, and help develop program budgets.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree and at least three yearsโ experience in major gifts and foundation fundraising.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills, particularly for grant proposals and donor updates.
- Proficiency with Excel and CRMs (EveryAction preferred).
- Ability to travel and work occasional nights/weekends for donor meetings and events.
