Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Draft, design, and schedule donor-facing appeals, newsletters, stewardship updates, acknowledgments, and segmented supporter email content
- Produce high-quality graphics, banners, layouts, and digital assets for email, social media, campaigns, and donor materials
- Support peer-to-peer fundraising, text-to-give initiatives, and matching gift promotions
- Update donor-related pages on LEAP's WordPress site and build visually engaging landing pages for campaigns

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, digital marketing, development support, or content creation
- Excellent writing skills with ability to craft compelling donor-centered messaging
- Experience creating visual content using Canva or similar tools and 2-4 years experience working in WordPress
- Ability to take high-quality photographs and capture simple videos with basic editing skills
