Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy, planning, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns for fundraising appeals, awareness initiatives, event promotions, and donor stewardship
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Development teams including scheduling, correspondence, and project coordination
  • Support donor relations and stewardship communications including acknowledgment letters, emails, newsletters, and campaign updates
  • Assist with content creation for social media, website, and other digital channels as needed

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • BA/BS or Associate's Degree, or at least 2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
