Mission
What you will drive
- Support fundraising, marketing, communications, board engagement, and administrative operations.
- Maintain donor records, prepare gift acknowledgements, and conduct prospect research.
- Draft and edit newsletters, email campaigns, blog posts, social media content, and website content.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including the annual Treasure the Chesapeake Celebration fundraiser.

What makes you a great fit
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Demonstrated project management experience with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- One or more years of experience in nonprofit development, communications, marketing, administration, or executive support preferred.
