Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of Worldmaker's annual fundraising plan and build/manage a portfolio of mid- to major-level donors
  • Draft donor outreach materials, impact updates, thank-you letters, and campaign communications
  • Maintain accurate donor and grant records in the CRM and produce regular reports on fundraising progress
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure development activities align with organizational priorities

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, grant writing, or related field
  • Strong writing and editing skills with experience preparing donor communications and grant proposals
  • Proficiency using technology and CRM experience managing donor or grant data
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
