Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Ownership and leadership of assigned Chapter development events and revenue expectations in partnership with the TNKY Chapter team
  • Execute Moving Day Nashville, Moving Day Lexington and Moving Day Knoxville fundraising events
  • Work with event participants, sponsors and community partners to maximize participation and achieve revenue goals
  • Recruit, onboard and manage high-level volunteers for Chapter engagement including event volunteers and committee members

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • High school diploma and minimum of 2 years' fundraising or event experience, preferably within a non-profit organization
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented team member with ability to work cooperatively in team environment
  • Exceptional verbal communication and motivation skills with accurate data entry skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, database and spreadsheet management
  • Must have reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license

Compensation and requirements:

  • Salary compensation dependent on experience with budgeted range of $55,000-$65,000
  • Full-time position with work during core business hours
  • Must maintain excellent attendance record
  • Remote work but must be based in the Nashville, TN market
