Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Ownership and leadership of assigned Chapter development events and revenue expectations in partnership with the TNKY Chapter team
- Execute Moving Day Nashville, Moving Day Lexington and Moving Day Knoxville fundraising events
- Work with event participants, sponsors and community partners to maximize participation and achieve revenue goals
- Recruit, onboard and manage high-level volunteers for Chapter engagement including event volunteers and committee members

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- High school diploma and minimum of 2 years' fundraising or event experience, preferably within a non-profit organization
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented team member with ability to work cooperatively in team environment
- Exceptional verbal communication and motivation skills with accurate data entry skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, database and spreadsheet management
- Must have reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license

Compensation and requirements:
- Salary compensation dependent on experience with budgeted range of $55,000-$65,000
- Full-time position with work during core business hours
- Must maintain excellent attendance record
- Remote work but must be based in the Nashville, TN market
