About the Role

The development program coordinator will be responsible for managing a comprehensive fundraising program.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a development program that includes income from online giving, major gifts, foundation grants, and more in collaboration with leadership and staff
  • Lead and grow the individual donor fundraising campaign of digital fundraising, major gifts solicitation, and recurring donations
  • Manage overall fundraising data and pipelines in development technology systems, including Salesforce and ActionKit
  • Contribute to annual organizational budget process and develop/manage annual organizational fundraising plan

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • A bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent education/work experience is required
  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in nonprofit fundraising is required
  • Tech-savvy with exceptional skill for CRM database management and data analysis with Salesforce or Excel
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to practice discretion with financial information
