Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and execute assigned Chapter peer-to-peer fundraising events, managing revenue expectations in partnership with team members
- Collaborate with event participants, sponsors, and community partners to maximize participation and achieve revenue goals
- Recruit new participants and constituents for Chapter-based fundraising events and create/solicit new sponsorship opportunities
- Oversee logistical details for Chapter events including vendor partnerships, permits, contracts, invoicing, and expense management

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with minimum 4 years of fundraising or event experience, preferably within a non-profit organization
- Self-motivated, focused, detail-oriented, and goal-oriented team member with excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, database, and spreadsheet management with accurate data entry skills
- Ability to travel throughout the Chapter region with reliable transportation and valid driver's license, plus capacity to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
