Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with PIF's development consultant to draft grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and related materials
  • Assist in the selection, implementation, and day-to-day management of PIF's fundraising CRM
  • Support early exploration of individual and major donor fundraising strategies
  • Build working knowledge of PIF's programs, priorities, and funding needs to support fundraising communications

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Five or more years of fundraising experience, specifically in grant writing and interfacing with institutional philanthropies
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with both internal colleagues and external partners who may have divergent priorities

  • Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000
