Development Manager

• Lead planning and execution of chapter fundraising efforts, including the NYC Gala, salons, and campaigns.
• Oversee donor portfolio strategy for mid-level donors ($10,000–$20,000) in the NY Tri-State Chapter.
• Partner with chapter leadership and board members to strengthen fundraising effectiveness.
• Develop and expand corporate partnerships through employee engagement and strategic initiatives.

This role directly supports Pratham's mission to ensure every child in India is in school and learning well, by raising critical funds that enable large-scale educational programs reaching millions of children annually.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5+ years of nonprofit fundraising or development experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing donor relationships and fundraising initiatives.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 with comprehensive benefits and generous PTO.
