Development Manager - PJM & Northeast

• Lead the development of utility-scale renewable energy projects (solar, wind, storage) in the PJM and Northeast regions from greenfield through commercial operation.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and third-party consultants to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Secure land rights, permits, interconnection agreements, and power purchase agreements for assigned projects.

This role directly contributes to the expansion of renewable energy infrastructure, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and advancing the transition to a clean energy economy.

• 5+ years of experience in renewable energy project development, with a focus on PJM or Northeast markets.
• Strong understanding of interconnection processes, permitting, and land acquisition for utility-scale projects.
• Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, environmental science).
