New Leash on Life USA is seeking a Development Manager to oversee our fundraising efforts with annual and mid-level donors. This role will focus on growing revenue from individual donors and engagement with corporate partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee New Leash on Life USA's fundraising efforts with annual and mid-level donors
• Grow revenue from individual donors and engagement with corporate partners
• Contribute to year-over-year growth through increasing donor numbers and aggregate fundraising goals
• Conduct annual giving activities (emails, match campaigns, third party fundraisers, etc.)
• Manage a portfolio of ~50 donors with focus on leadership annual giving, dog sponsorship, and event asks
• Staff Raise the Woof fundraising event and committee
• Assist with grants under $5k as needed

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of experience in development/fundraising or related field
• Commitment to excellence, professional development, superior customer service, and inclusive culture

Benefits and compensation:

• Salary range: $32k-38k annually
• Part-time (20 hrs/wk)
• Work-from-home based with regular local travel for donor and staff meetings
• Flexible schedule with occasional evening and weekend hours for specific events
