Development Manager
Responsibilities
- Donor Cultivation & Relationship Management:
- Support the development and implementation of a major gifts program with an emphasis on high-net-worth individuals
- Conduct ongoing prospect research
- Develop individualized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies
- Other Development Work:
- Support grant submissions
- Create a system for tracking grant deliverables
- Collaborate on donor and fundraising events
- Work with the Communications Manager on collateral materials
- Data Management:
- Fully own the organizationโs CRM database platform (NeonOne)
- Manage donor information and gift tracking
- Co-create and monitor major gift fundraising metrics
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Finance

Qualifications:
- Lived experience with and demonstrated commitment to LGBTQ+ NHAAPI experience in the US.
- Expertise with CRM software and experience executing fundraising strategies and campaign plans.
- Skilled at working with donors at all levels with attention to detail, superior writing and editing skills, and strong relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with an open-minded approach to learning new technologies and strategies.
Benefits

Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 annually, eligible for full benefits including health, dental, and vision; sick, vacation time, paid holidays; pre-arranged but flexible work schedule; fully remote US-based position with frequent travel (up to 25%).
