Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Donor Cultivation & Relationship Management:
  • Support the development and implementation of a major gifts program with an emphasis on high-net-worth individuals
  • Conduct ongoing prospect research
  • Develop individualized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies
  • Other Development Work:
  • Support grant submissions
  • Create a system for tracking grant deliverables
  • Collaborate on donor and fundraising events
  • Work with the Communications Manager on collateral materials
  • Data Management:
  • Fully own the organizationโ€™s CRM database platform (NeonOne)
  • Manage donor information and gift tracking
  • Co-create and monitor major gift fundraising metrics
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Finance

Qualifications:

  • Lived experience with and demonstrated commitment to LGBTQ+ NHAAPI experience in the US.
  • Expertise with CRM software and experience executing fundraising strategies and campaign plans.
  • Skilled at working with donors at all levels with attention to detail, superior writing and editing skills, and strong relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with an open-minded approach to learning new technologies and strategies.

Benefits

What's in it for you

Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 annually, eligible for full benefits including health, dental, and vision; sick, vacation time, paid holidays; pre-arranged but flexible work schedule; fully remote US-based position with frequent travel (up to 25%).
