Development Manager Midwest Chapter

• Lead, plan, and execute assigned Chapter peer-to-peer fundraising events (Moving Day, Parkinson’s Revolution) to maximize participation and revenue.
• Cultivate corporate sponsorships, partnerships, and volunteer relationships to support chapter growth and awareness.
• Provide excellent customer service to event participants, donors, and community partners, including coaching and stewardship.

This role directly supports the Parkinson’s Foundation’s mission to improve care and advance research for Parkinson’s disease by driving fundraising events that engage the community and raise critical funds.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 4 years of fundraising or event experience, preferably in a non-profit organization.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-oriented team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, database management (Raiser’s Edge), and social media platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 30% within the chapter region and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Competitive salary range of $60,000-$65,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Remote position with travel required.
