Development Manager

• Drive fundraising success by managing campaigns, events, grants, and donor relationships.
• Oversee peer-to-peer fundraising, institutional grants, and individual donor stewardship.
• Manage CRM systems (Salesforce, Classy) to ensure data integrity and reporting.

This role directly supports the mental, physical, and social well-being of people with brain injury and caregivers by securing resources for holistic programs like mindfulness, yoga, and community-building.

• 4+ years of development administrative experience with Salesforce and GoFundMePro/Classy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong self-starter with analytical and strategic thinking.
