Development Manager

• Build and qualify LEAD Edu's individual donor prospect list through research and wealth screening.
• Own and optimize the donor CRM, design annual fund strategy, and produce donor communications.
• Coordinate donor cultivation events and support the Executive Director and Board in fundraising efforts.

This role directly supports the growth and sustainability of programs that provide education, sports training, and life skills to underserved youth in Liberia and Morocco, fostering ethical and entrepreneurial leaders.

• 3–5 years of nonprofit development experience with individual donor cultivation.
• Demonstrated track record of contributing to measurable fundraising outcomes.
• Experience building or owning a donor CRM and development systems.
• Strong written communication and storytelling skills; ability to work independently.

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Remote position with U.S. East Coast preferred.
