Mission

What you will drive

  • Own grant writing and institutional giving portfolio, including research, proposal writing, tracking, and reporting.
  • Build and manage a new mid-size individual donor program from the ground up.
  • Support major donor cultivation and stewardship alongside the Senior Director of Development.
  • Supervise the Development Marketing Specialist and coordinate digital fundraising campaigns.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3-5 years of nonprofit development experience with direct grant writing and institutional funder relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM/fundraising database (EveryAction/NGP VAN strongly preferred).
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills; experience with donor-facing materials.
