Mission
What you will drive
- Own grant writing and institutional giving portfolio, including research, proposal writing, tracking, and reporting.
- Build and manage a new mid-size individual donor program from the ground up.
- Support major donor cultivation and stewardship alongside the Senior Director of Development.
- Supervise the Development Marketing Specialist and coordinate digital fundraising campaigns.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3-5 years of nonprofit development experience with direct grant writing and institutional funder relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency with CRM/fundraising database (EveryAction/NGP VAN strongly preferred).
- Strong writing and proofreading skills; experience with donor-facing materials.
