What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead writing and submission of letters of inquiry, proposals, and grant reports
- Build and nurture relationships with foundation partners through cultivation and stewardship
- Maintain grants calendar, grants CRM, and internal workflows to ensure deadlines are met
- Research prospective new foundation partners and identify opportunities to elevate the organization's impact

Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in grant writing, institutional fundraising, advocacy, organizing, or movement infrastructure
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills to convey complexity in clear and accessible language

- Highly organized with attention to detail, able to manage multiple timelines with competing priorities
