What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute Emerge's national and regional special events, serving as project manager for major annual events
  • Manage donor-facing leadership programs including the Emerge Young Leaders Program and other affinity-based giving circles
  • Oversee consultants and vendors, and ensure seamless coordination across several departments
  • Build engagement pathways that connect events to long-term donor relationships
