  • Concentrate on income growth and donor relationships with streamlined administrative responsibilities

Required skills and experience:

  • Recent, hands-on fundraising experience in a mission-led organisation
  • Experience building income (not just maintaining it)
  • Experience building a major donor pipeline is essential
  • Trusts and foundations competence
  • Genuine personal alignment with FET's mission and established public positions on family policy
