What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Donor/prospect relationship management and administration including managing major donor research and qualification workflows, supporting Annual Fund campaigns, and managing constituent and gift data
  • Grant proposal development and award management including assisting with grant proposal development activities and supporting the grant reporting process
  • Providing strategic and logistical support for event fundraising and serving as a thought partner on fundraising strategy and execution
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Communications team on campaigns and managing state charitable registration administration

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 4+ years experience in fundraising and/or project management in a nonprofit organization
  • Proven organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to professionally communicate with diverse partners and maintain confidentiality
  • Experience in donor or customer relationship management/stewardship roles, with familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred
