Mission
What you will drive
- Organize and execute annual fund and major donor fundraising strategies to grow the organization's financial stability.
- Build relationships with key supporters, including major donors, legacy donors, and corporate sponsors.
- Lead annual fundraising campaigns (Spring and Year-End) and grow sponsorship for the annual Symposium.
- Manage donor database (NEON CRM) and collaborate with staff and board on fundraising calendar and metrics.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years related professional experience, with 1.5+ years in fundraising preferred.
- Proven track record of building relationships and securing memberships, donations, and sponsorships.
- Familiarity with development best practices, GAAP, and CRM software (NEON CRM preferred).
- Strong writing, storytelling, and organizational skills; ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Benefits
What's in it for you
Part-time (40% FTE, 16 hours/week) with flexible hours. Salary: $75,000-$100,000 annualized (pro-rated to $30,000-$40,000 at 40% FTE), paid semi-monthly. Remote work from home office in California. Occasional travel within California (2-4 times/year).
