Mission
What you will drive
- Drive the end-to-end process for getting residential infill projects ready for construction, including site due diligence, permitting, and utility planning.
- Develop and control land development and permitting schedules to accelerate project cycle times.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, third-party consultants, and community stakeholders.
- Manage impact and development fees, secure permits, and coordinate with utilities for disconnect/reconnect.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3-5 years' experience in residential infill development.
- Process-driven approach with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Oracle Primavera Cloud).
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience) desired.
