Development Lead

Responsibilities / What You'll Do

• Research, develop and secure funding, projects and opportunities that deliver DMWS's charitable objectives
• Support ongoing stakeholder management to ensure positive relationships
• Research and apply for funding and contract tender opportunities to support the armed forces community and other frontline services
• Write reports to present evidence of DMWS delivering effective value for money and positive impacts for beneficiaries

This role creates positive change by securing funds and opportunities to support DMWS beneficiaries in the armed forces community and other frontline services, increasing DMWS's footprint and making a difference to the lives of those working on the frontline.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Must hold a full UK Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle
• Ability to research and apply for funding from Trusts and Foundations, corporate partnerships, and tenders
• Experience with report writing to demonstrate value for money and positive impacts
• Ability to promote outcomes through case studies and social media posts (advantageous)
