Development Intern

• Support project planning and coordination for retail development projects, including trackers, milestones, and follow-ups.
• Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and documentation to support smooth project execution.
• Contribute to design development activities such as space planning, test fits, and layout coordination.
• Prepare presentations and status updates to communicate progress, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.

This internship contributes to the development of luxury electric vehicle retail spaces, supporting Lucid's mission to elevate the human experience and create a more sustainable future through innovative mobility solutions.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in retail development, project execution, and design coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
