Development Infrastructure Engineer

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the technical delivery of civil engineering projects, with increasing responsibility for project management.
• Prepare and review survey specifications, including utilities and topographical surveys.
• Check and coordinate the production of studies, assessments, and conceptual designs for development schemes (drainage, highways, utilities, earthworks, and flood risk).
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and key stakeholders to secure approvals and ensure compliance.
• Contribute to bids and proposals, attend project meetings, and confidently communicate technical solutions.

This role contributes to multidisciplinary infrastructure projects including residential development, highways, rail, water infrastructure, solar farms, and various public sector projects, supporting sustainable development and community infrastructure.

Required skills, experience, qualifications:

• Suitably experienced Civil Engineer
• Experience with highways and drainage infrastructure
• Ability to take on increased responsibility for technical delivery and project management
• Experience preparing and reviewing survey specifications
• Experience coordinating studies, assessments, and conceptual designs for development schemes
