Mission
What you will drive
- Manage fundraising data entry and donor relationship management using Blackbaud RENXT and other tools
- Support donor cultivation and stewardship efforts, including scheduling meetings and tracking outreach
- Assist with grant proposal development, award management, and funder reporting processes
- Contribute to fundraising strategy and help document processes for long-term scalability

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least three years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, and relationship management in a nonprofit or philanthropic intermediary
- Experience working with a CRM system required – familiarity with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT is strongly preferred
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize across multiple tasks and support various projects simultaneously
- Professional, caring, and respectful oral and written communications skills across diverse constituencies

Salary range: $85,000-$100,000.
