Mission
What you will drive
- Execute and refine tasks across Wunder's solar portfolio, including structured software-enabled workflows in their proprietary development platform Astra
- Take ownership of workflows to drive throughput, ensure high-quality execution, and continuously improve underlying processes
- Collaborate closely with Wunder's Technology team to refine the logic, data, and automation that guide development and ensure consistent quality
- Gain deep exposure to the inner workings of solar development at scale while helping expand renewable energy deployment

- Recent graduate with career experience from previous internship, part-time, or full-time role in Project Management, Solar Development or adjacent industries
- Strong organizational skills with ability to execute clearly defined tasks with accuracy and speed while hitting deadlines consistently
- Detail-oriented with ability to translate nuanced requirements into step-by-step processes that ensure consistent quality
- Eager to learn about solar development, thrive in fast-paced rapid-growth environments, and work effectively in cross-functional teams

Base salary range: $58,500 - $78,000 per year plus equity in the form of stock options.
