Development Execution Analyst

• Execute and refine tasks across Wunder's solar portfolio, including structured software-enabled workflows in their proprietary development platform Astra
• Take ownership of workflows to drive throughput, ensure high-quality execution, and continuously improve underlying processes
• Collaborate closely with Wunder's Technology team to refine the logic, data, and automation that guide development and ensure consistent quality
• Gain deep exposure to the inner workings of solar development at scale while helping expand renewable energy deployment

This role directly expands renewable energy deployment across the country by accelerating solar project development, helping address climate change while enabling businesses, municipalities, and schools to save money through clean on-site power.

• Recent graduate with career experience from previous internship, part-time, or full-time role in Project Management, Solar Development or adjacent industries
• Strong organizational skills with ability to execute clearly defined tasks with accuracy and speed while hitting deadlines consistently
• Detail-oriented with ability to translate nuanced requirements into step-by-step processes that ensure consistent quality
• Eager to learn about solar development, thrive in fast-paced rapid-growth environments, and work effectively in cross-functional teams

Base salary range: $58,500 - $78,000 per year plus equity in the form of stock options.
