Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support development work, managing partnerships, and events for ELM and the ELM Action Fund
- Play a significant role in supporting ELM's biggest event of the year, Earth Night, hosted at Fenway Park
- Conduct research to identify new individual donor and foundation prospects
- Assist with corporate sponsor outreach and tracking for Earth Night

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- Strong organizational, research, and writing skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required
- Interest in gaining experience in nonprofit development and/or events
Benefits
What's in it for you
Compensation: $18/hour. Position runs approximately from February to May 2026 with potential to extend into summer. Hours: 15-18 hours per week with occasional variations. Hybrid remote work arrangement with option to work in Boston office.
